Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know before your night at The Palace.
-
01 What is the minimum age requirement?
The Palace is generally an 18+ venue for entry and dancing on most event nights. However, you must be 21+ with a valid physical ID (Passport or Driver's License) to purchase or consume alcoholic beverages. Photos of IDs are not accepted. -
02 Is there a dress code?
Yes, we enforce a strict, upscale dress code to maintain a sophisticated atmosphere. **Prohibited items:** sports wear (jerseys, athletic shorts, sweatpants), work boots (e.g. Timberlands), slippers, slides or open sandals, plain white t-shirts and tank tops, and excessively baggy clothing. Management reserves the right to deny entry based on appearance. Dress to impress! -
03 What are your operating hours?
The Palace is typically open on Friday and Saturday nights. Doors generally open at 9:00 PM and we party until late (around 2:00 AM). Please check the specific event schedule on our Events page for special holiday hours or Sunday concerts. -
04 Where can I buy tickets?
Tickets for all major events are sold exclusively online through Tickeri.com. We strongly recommend purchasing tickets in advance, especially for live concerts, as door prices are often higher and entry is not guaranteed if capacity is reached. -
05 How do I book a VIP table?
You can view our packages and submit a reservation request directly on our VIP / Bottle Service page. A VIP host will contact you via text or email to confirm your reservation. A deposit may be required for large tables. -
06 Is parking available?
Yes, The Palace offers ample free parking in the surrounding lot. However, the lot fills up quickly on concert nights. We highly recommend using Uber or Lyft if you plan on drinking.
